Evan Lehre is a registered patent attorney with technical expertise in computer engineering, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and emerging fields, including cloud and quantum computing. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016 and his M.S. in Computer Engineering (magna cum laude) from New York University in 2023.

He gained insight into the patent system while working at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in the Artificial Intelligence Unit, where he reviewed applications involving advanced computing technologies. Before joining the firm, Evan practiced at a boutique New York law firm, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and wireless communication. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and before the USPTO.
