Daniel Blabolil is a patent attorney with ample experience in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications covering inventions across a broad range of technological areas, including application software, artificial intelligence (e.g. machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks), autonomous vehicles, blockchain technology, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data maintenance/distribution/validation, digital twin technology, e-commerce, energy generation and storage, extended reality, image processing, internet of things, signal processing, software development environments, tape drive devices, quantum computing, and 3D printing.

Before joining M&B, Daniel gained experience primarily at a Global Fortune 100 Company where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications, comprising: (1) drafting both original U.S. filed and U.S. counterpart based on foreign-filed applications; (2) performing all aspects of prosecuting office actions before the USPTO; (3) conducting invention assessment activities; and (4) working closely with inventors throughout the entire patent procurement process to ensure that disclosed inventions were both accurately described and fully captured in patent applications.

Daniel holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he earned the Robert C. Pudwill Memorial Prize (awarded annually to the graduate who demonstrated excellent academic performance in the area of intellectual property), and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, where he spent numerous semesters serving as a teaching assistant for various analytical chemistry laboratory courses, as well as designing a laboratory experiment for one of the courses. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney and is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Bars.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hanging out with his dog, Gio, golfing, and playing both guitar and bass guitar.
