Loom Systems is an Israeli start-up founded in 2015 and has its registered headquarters in San Francisco – California. Its core product is branded as Sophie which is an AIOps-powered log analytics solution capable of preventing IT incidents before customers are impacted. With the acquisition of Loom Systems, Service Now would be able to analyze customer data, accelerate remediation through automation and reduce the manual processes involved in resolving L1 incidents.

M&B IP has assisted Loom Systems to develop and maintain their patent portfolio since their seed stage until their exit.
