Chung Hee is a patent agent with a background in materials science, specifically in nanotechnology and biotechnology. She is focusing on patent prosecution and brings in her interdisciplinary research experiences from her appointments as a postdoctoral associate at Tufts University and various researcher positions in academia. Chung Hee holds a Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, a M.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Seoul National University, South Korea, and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is an author of ten peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented her work at national scientific conferences. She is also a native Korean speaker.
