Ilya brings an extensive research and development background in addition to his patent prosecution experience both as a patent attorney and former USPTO examiner.   Ilya has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in many technological fields including bio-tech, clean energy, semiconductor fabrication, materials, and medical devices.   Ilya holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Russian Chemical Technological University, with a specialization in Semiconductor Technology and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Ilya is a registered US patent attorney with Massachusetts Bar admission.
