Jeremy Bond is a patent attorney with extensive experience in medical device, software, and mechanical technologies. He has practiced at prominent firms in Washington, D.C. and New York, where he has managed complex patent portfolios for some of the world’s most recognized consumer technology brands and global leaders in medical systems. Jeremy has drafted and prosecuted patents across a diverse range of innovations, including surgical robots, implantable devices, medical AI implementations, and wireless standards-essential patents. Jeremy currently advises cybersecurity startups on developing and securing their patent portfolios. He develops prosecution strategies that protect key market differentiators and ensure robust global coverage. Jeremy also conducts patentability, freedom-to-operate, and portfolio development analyses to support strategic intellectual property decisions. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Applied Sciences in Engineering (Packaging Engineering) from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, and D.C. Bars as well as the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
