Robert “Bobby” Stewart is a patent engineer at M&B whose focus is on patent preparation and prosecution. Bobby is currently a third-year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law in which he is President of the Blockchain Law Society and Outreach Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Association. Last year, his team placed as regional finalists in the National Patent Application Drafting Competition.

Before working at M&B, Bobby worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, a startup investment bank, and the Division of Information Technology at Seton Hall Law. He is certified as an Electrical and Computer Engineer-in-Training by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. He has a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Cognitive Science. He recently published his paper “Considerations for a New AI Agency: Risks, Framework, and Inter-Agency Coordination.”
